To pay our technicians in a very timely manner. No slow payments will happen with us.
To make sure our technicians are rated fairly in the work they complete for us. Should there be a discrepancy between a customer and a tech, it will be resolved in a timely manner.
Dressing appropriately is essential to being professional and makes our customers want to use our techs more often.
Show up to do the work after you have accepted it. Taking work and not showing up gives us both a bad reputation.
