MINNEAPOLIS – Oct. 29, 2014 – Field Nation, a leading work platform connecting organizations with independent contractors to get work done, today announced the addition of Carl Hardel as Chief Customer Success Officer. Hardel joined the company on October 1.
In his new role, Hardel lends 20 years of industry experience growing technology and sales practices with the Field Nation team. His responsibilities center on the acceleration of customer success and adoption as they use the FieldNation.com platform.

Most recently, Hardel served as vice president of sales for Kroll Ontrack where he oversaw sales team performance and operational functions with a focus on exceeding quota and enhancing revenue targets. He has also served in management and consulting roles at Damark, Merrill Corporation and TekSystems where he designed and implemented best practices within IT support, data center operations, sales and sales operations.
Hardel is a graduate of Minnesota State University, Mankato where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in sales and marketing.
