Chief Marketing Officer, Billy Cripe, will address the role of Salesforce.com’s CRM system in helping to capture and organize key business metrics, as well as scaling the lead qualification process for our sales and marketing teams.
Joined by several other locally-based businesses, Cripe will also discuss Field Nation’s ongoing integration with Salesforce and how it has resulted in a dramatic increase in user engagement and awareness, as well as contributed to an improved ability to interact with our customers.
