According to a study conducted by the Blumberg Advisory Group, concerns about customer satisfaction are one of the largest concerns in switching to a Variable Workforce. The same study concluded, however, that companies using a Variable Workforce have higher Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance rates than companies using a traditional workforce.
