Release 18.32 went live on October 26. The following changes are in place:
- Work Orders can now have a Location Name that describes an address. For example, putting the store name in a mall’s address. The description only shows up to assigned service providers. This field can be saved for future internal use to populate in the future.
- If a service provider declines a work order they can tell clients the reason why and request a different date or price.
- When clients select a service provider card view (card or list) on work orders that view-type will stay the same for the next time they view. This way clients can see their preferred way of viewing and interacting with service providers.
- Service companies can include coverage in cities and international areas.
