Dear Providers,

Has spring arrived in your area yet? It has been a crazy winter for all of us across the board, and I for one am ready my friends.

Thinking of spring brings to mind new growth and fresh beginnings. That being said, I would like to remind everyone that things are constantly changing here at Field Nation as we grow into an even more robust system for you to further develop your business. Please take a look at our new WorkSmart Workflow and see just how easy it is to optimize your workflow and project management! It is full of great things like tasks, required deliverables, and status and progress bars which are now equipped on all work orders. WorkSmart Workflow is working to make your Field Nation experience as seamless as ever for both our buyers and providers. And don’t forget to also Try out our New Navigation! You can switch back and forth between the old and new navigations as you grow accustomed to working with the new look, but this is one more way Field Nation is moving towards bringing you the most up-to-date platform in the industry.

Ladies and Gentlemen – make sure you are taking the time to review your profile from time to time and keep it updated! List your certifications, add any new tools you have, and beef up your ABOUT section. Test equipment and the like are always good to have listed since buyers who are looking for more specificity in their searches may bypass you if you don’t have this information. It is always good to keep in mind that your profile is how you sell yourself to buyers, so it is in your best interest to update it regularly. We want to help you put your best foot forward in the marketplace and increase your chances of getting work!

Sticking with this same topic, there are still many of you who do not have a picture on your profile. Be sure to find a picture of yourself or your logo and put it online so people can see who you are – you are more likely to get a job with a profile picture because buyers like to know who they are working with. The more you represent yourself in your profile, the better your chances of getting jobs. For our newer providers just getting into our system, if you have completed a lot of work elsewhere make sure to list your track record in the ABOUT section. This will come in handy if you haven’t completed any work orders on Field Nation yet because buyers will know that you have experience, so be sure to advertise yourself! All of these things will help increase your visibility and success rate with Field Nation.

That’s it for this month. As always, please feel free to send me an email or request to join my private group “Director’s Corner” in Field Nation as well. Thanks and BE SAFE!
